What is the starting price at Ghadeer?
One bedrooms start from D 1,701,000 and two bedrooms from D 2,619,000, around D 1,910 to 1,965 per sq ft depending on floor, while three bedrooms are priced on request. All are subject to availability.
How does the payment plan work?
10% on reservation and 10% within thirty days, then eight instalments of 5% through construction to completion, which makes 60% by handover. The final 40% is paid in eight instalments of 5% every ninety days over the two years after the keys.
Are there any fees on top of the price?
This is a direct developer sale, so there is no agency fee to you. The only additions are the 4% Oqood registration and two small administration charges, paid with the first instalment.
When is handover?
Anticipated completion is 31 October 2029, with the post handover instalments counted from the actual completion date.
